What a fantastic stay! Huge thanks to James our host. This was our first ever airbnb booking and James made it so simple and reassuring every step of the way! Was lovely to chat prior to our arrival. James gave us some great recommendations for things to do and places to go in the local area for us as a family! Each one spot on! What a fabulous cottage too and as should be obvious on the listing, you are not literally on the beach; you are actually on the beach, literally couldn’t get closer! Thank you so much! I’m sure we will be back!

We had an amazing holiday, there was lots to do in the area and James gave great recommendations. Being able to walk straight on to the beach was a dream and the seals at Horsey beach were an experience not to be missed! The boat hire was good fun, as was a trip to Great Yarmouth and Norwich which were all very accessible from the property. The cottage had everything we needed for a great holiday. Thanks so much for a great time! 😊

We had a lovely time staying at 2 Coastguard cottage, James is a very welcoming host and called to let us know when it was ready to check in. He also gave us lots of ideas on what to do and places to eat. A lovely place to stay, very clean and modern plus the beach was right outside the back gate which the kids loved. On departing James had a chat with my 7 year old about his stay to which my son said ‘he is a very nice man’. Would definitely recommend for small families looking for a quiet getaway. I stayed here for my partner's birthday and it was fantastic! I did a lot of research before booking somewhere and this place turned out to be the best rated with the best location. Cosy cottage, immaculately clean and literally walk onto the beach. James was fabulous beforehand with giving me restaurant ideas for fish & steak, as well as greeting us when we arrived with some hot tips on local food, day trips and the surroundings. We honestly had the best time - highly recommended!!!!
