Our stay was fantastic, the house was beautiful and spacious, they had heating pads on the deck which made it super easy to get to the hot tub. the location made it really easy to get to Mt. Snow. The host was super nice as well. Id recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again

This is a great house for a ski weekend. Bedrooms are small but functional. Common spaces are fantastic. A great place to hang out and have community meals. My one complaint is the expectation that guests take garbage to the dump and pay for it out of pocket. That is totally unreasonable given the $392 cleaning fee. The trash policy is also not clearly stated on the listing.

When the reservation was confirmed on airbnb application, Emilio would NOT send us the door code. Instead, he sends us an external link to enter my credit card information, and send him a security deposit. Asking us to send him money through an external link, outside of AirBnb, seemed very suspicious to me. I never had to do this before. I later find out he tries to scam me of my security deposit by sending airbnb support people the WRONG pictures. He sent pictures of another airbnb which clearly had broken furniture and disorganization. On the other hand, my friends and I left the house in the condition he instructed. On the 2nd day, a power outage occurs at the house. Other houses around us had the same issue. HOWEVER - the house did not have the proper emergency kits (e.g., flashlights, bottled water) to sustain us from 2pm - 8pm. We bought groceries to cook which we could not even use! We ended up going out to dinner.
