This is a great place for a quiet vacation very close to the beach. There are numerous restaurants close by as well. If you like to kayak, the Mosquito Lagoon is just a couple of doors down the street. (Unless there are two of you to carry the kayaks, bring a kayak carrier.) My husband enjoyed fishing in the lagoon as well as fishing in the surf. The federal Canaveral Seashore is only a few miles away, with beaches practically empty of people!

Blythe’s cottage was perfect for our stay visiting family in New Smyrna Beach. She was great with comms, the home was well-equipped and in a lovely location. Great value for money too!

Great place to stay for the weekend! Nice short walk to the beach. Blyth was very accommodating. Lots of amenities for your stay including stuff for the beach. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a great few days staying here while we were in the area visiting my parents. The house was very comfortable for my family of four and we had everything we needed to cook delicious meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the outside shower, taking walks to the ocean to see the sunrise and watching family movies in the evenings on the tv in the living room. We hope to come back next time we are in the area!

This is a charming place to spend a few relaxing days. Short walk to the beautiful beach, not much traffic. Several other beaches to fish from or swim from, within short driving distance. The Mosquito Lagoon is very close by, available for kayaking or fishing. The house itself is very well equipped. Plenty of towels and bedding, a very well stocked kitchen. Blythe is very responsive to any questions or concerns.
