Great stay. Clean with all kitchen amenities needed and laundry machines. Also great location with beach just across the street. We ran into a small mishap and locked ourselves out, the inside bottom lock was accidentally turned before leaving which cost us $350 to get a locksmith to come and open the door. Wish there was a sign or warning somewhere that stressed this so a costly mishap could be avoided. Otherwise very happy with our stay.

James was very responsive during our stay. We enjoyed it so much we extended another day. The unit was very clean and comfortable. TV’s in every room, clean linen comfortable couch. We had everything from a couple coffee pods to laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. Amazing location. Close to beach and all the best restaurants. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back.

The unit was not cleaned when we arrived — master bedroom, towels and dishes were dirty. They moved us into another unit in the building and within two minutes of being in the new unit a giant cockroach ran across our feet. This is the first negative review I’ve written but with the dirty first unit, pests and slow response times I was less than impressed with the experience.

Halfway through our trip the AC stopped working. I contacted the host about moving our checkout time and to address the AC problem. The host only responded to the checkout time and ignored my message about the AC. For the remainder of our trip our room was 80 degrees. There were also no fans. Other than that everything else was fine. Wish we were given more toilet paper/paper towels. Overall the place was cute and in a good spot.
