This romantic hideaway in Kent has been recently renovated to the highest standard, accommodating all your getaway needs. Mulberry Studio is a one-bedroomed studio with a double sleighbed, TV/Wi-Fi, microwave combination oven, fridge and hob. It has a shower room with loo and hand-basin and a secluded patio/garden with a fire-pit/BBQ. Mulberry Studio is close to Bedgebery, has glorious local walks, is walking distance to the 'Best Roast' pub in the UK and just 30mins to Camber Sands.

Had a brief but very comfortable stay. It was a very last-minute arrangement, and Alison was terribly accommodating and quick to respond. The studio is very private and it would be lovely to be there in warm weather as it has a spacious garden with chairs and loungers. The bed is exceptionally comfortable.

It’s a great place I’ve stayed at a couple of these type places now, my personal preference is that I’d prefer being a bit further away from the private dwelling.. that said it is a lovely place and the location is great to explore locally. Alison was a perfect host.

The village of Hawkhurst is well equipped with an abundance of shops. It boasts both Waitrose and Tesco despite being a small village. The cinema is a great asset as well as the butcher, hairdresser, chemist and at least 3 pubs and several takeaways. There is fishing nearby as well as boating, tennis, Go Ape and the Aqua Park at Bedgebury. There are several pay and play golf courses, horse riding and laser tag should you wish to be active during your stay. Tunbridge Wells is the nearest town should you wish to head out shopping. Camber Sands is just 30 mins away where you can sunbathe and take part in an array of water sports.

Parking is free at Mulberry Studio. Hawkhurst parking is fine with large car park areas at both supermarkets. There are local buses to maidstone, Cranbrook and Tunbridge Wells. The nearest train station is Etchingham, just 6 mins away - this is the main line to London, a 75 min ride away.
