Lorena and Raul were the best host. They had great communication and always helpful. The place was super clean and all the towels and bed sheets were also clean and smell good. It was my first time using this app to book a place and I was a bit scared since I only used hotels but they made so easy I would definitely recommend this place and host.

Our stay was enjoyable, but we faced a brief lockout situation when the batteries for the door died. The host was quick to respond, and a team member arrived within 20 minutes to replace the battery and let us in. I suggest improving the WIFI and possibly investing in smart TVs. I had brought my Karaoke machine hoping to use it with a smart TV, but it wasn't available. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would consider staying here again in the future. Thank you so much for allowing my family and me to enjoy your place.

Stayed here with some friends this past week and had a wonderful time! Easy to access, beautiful location, security in and out of the hotel. Beach and pool access, and great prices. Definitely worth the stay!! The hosts were very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed.
