The house is beautiful and very comfortable and spacious. Lots of spots to have a pleasant sit. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. The river access is nice. The location suited our needs. We heard owls! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house has a very homey feel to it. Only downside was that the washer wasn’t working during our stay.

Wonderful, quiet spot in Winthrop with quick access to all that the Methow Valley has to offer. We will gladly stay here again!

Gosh, we'll be back to Heidi's charming home by the river. Our sizeable 3 generation family and dog enjoyed a VERY chilly weekend in the Methow: by a warm fire, outside playing in the snow, building an igloo, cross country skiing a short drive away, walking to the pasture across the road and through the woods to the river and discovering wild beauty and surprising hippy art/ sculptures, gathering in the very big kitchen and dining area, reading to the little ones in window seats, putting together a jigsaw puzzle, sleeping in comfy beds. All made possible by this generous house and its owner. Heidi is delightful as well as very communicative and helpful and supportive. Honestly, the house was not perfect, but we loved it.

This is a sweet cabin, worked well for 2 families. Close to Winthrop and had everything we needed!
