wonderful and serene place! quite many rooms (both in the main place and the annex). given the location, there may be some reminders of nature indoor, but overall wonderful experience and responsive hosts!

It was a great location and the cabin was well maintained. plenty of parking space or back yard for a large event. beautiful space inside the cabin with aot of things to do for adults and kids. easy access to everything. My only critique was that the water tasted like eggs and we were not informed that we needed to bring bottled water

The location was excellent, close to Windham & Hunter Mountains. The property was expansive and pretty. Creek provided a great back drop. The pool table & gaming console were very much enjoyed. The mattresses were very comfortable. Unfortunately, those are the only positives. Though large overall, the layout is clunky and the separate units make it difficult for multiple families travelling together with small children to feel truly comfortable. The ad states that it can accommodate up to 26 people. We had less than 20 people and it was a struggle. Four bedrooms in the main house sharing one full bathroom upstairs is a logistics nightmare. The furnishings were very poor quality and hodge podge. The dining room table looked like it was found on the street. Embarrassing. Mouse droppings on pans in the cabinets. Biggest issue was the water. Way worse than typical water issue with the area. Smelled like sewage and was cloudy white. Caused all the bathrooms to smell. Cannot recommend.
