We Just stayed at the lodge this past weekend and were a group of 13. We booked and saw some of the negative reviews after. These reviews detailed that they received noise complaints from neighbors. We were quite concerned about this. As a group of 13, everyone talking all at once can be loud. However, we reached out to the management company about our concerns and they assured us it would not be a problem. Which, it wasn’t! We did not get any noise complaints at all. This is one of the nicest air bnbs we have stayed at. The house is huge and everyone had plenty of room to relax. Most of the bedrooms have a private bathroom. All of the spaces were very clean and well maintained. Amenities felt more like a hotel with a ton of clean towels, individual shampoos and soaps, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable. Stay Marquis was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Had a great stay with a bunch of families and kids. Lots of bedrooms and space in the house was very well laid out. Right at the bottom of Hunter Mountain was key. Brand new hot tub was beautiful. highly Recommend!!
