Niah and Owen’s hospitable and welcoming energy was felt throughout this entire place. From initial communications, Niah was kind and accommodating offering family-fun recommendations for my young children and I, and maintained that flexibility until check out. The space itself is wonderfully located in the West side of LA, with great food, cafes, and the freeway nearby to get anywhere, as well as very quiet! The space itself was on the top floor of the duplex, and while I was quite worried about my young toddler twins bothering the downstairs occupants, even they were incredibly kind and even offered my family dinner on New Year’s Day. All in all, this is a place for families or small groups who are looking for ample space, more relaxing and quieter surroundings, and a real residential feel that connects you to local LA culture. Highly recommend this space, and can’t wait for our next family trip to LA to stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time and amazing memories while staying at Owen & Noah’s house. The house was very clean, organized, and spacious. Great interior and very fast WiFi. Very nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We felt like we were home. The location is good we had so many restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores near the house. And all the main attraction places in LA are within short driving distance. Thank you Owen & Niah شكرا ❤️

As a family of international travelers with young kids, from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home! We spent over four weeks in this cozy house. Everything was impeccably clean, and Owen and Niah were incredibly accommodating and supportive. They even set up safety measures before our arrival. We highly recommend it!

Great spot. Accurate to listing. Absolutely fantastic hosts. Consistently responsive and helpful. Example: some knives were dull and we asked if there was a sharpener - the reply was “I’ve ordered one on Amazon and it should arrive in 2 days …” (and it was a nice sharpener!). They had everything we needed (plus a great housekeeper!) Great climate control for colder months. Central air. Walls a bit thin within the place (sound-wise), but I stayed with a friend so we didn’t care. The only neighbor is below. Nobody to the sides - as it’s an entire floor of a house. Outside noise wasn’t much of an issue and could not hear neighbors below at all! Just internally a bit thin walls if that matters. Didn’t for us. More than enough space and comfort for 2 people. Parking space was clutch too! Very positive stay. Would come back again in a heartbeat. Thanks Owen & Niah!
