We've had a great and relaxing stay, our kids love it and the location is excellent. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hen Cottage. The accommodation was stunning and so homely. The owners were super friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. My daughter loved the play area and we all enjoyed the entertainment barn as well. We are already discussing when we can come back! Thank you so much for a lovely week!

Really enjoyed our stay here. House had everything we needed and was very clean. The kids loved the play barn, trampoline and meeting the animals. It was a great base for touring, visited Chester, Liverpool, and North Wales. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again

Excellent stay in Hen cottage . Plenty of room and it was all as stated in the description. Jimmi responded promptly, and was friendly coming to say hello and goodbye to us and check that everything was ok. My 3 grandsons 11,9,4 yrs all enjoyed the out door play area and the play barn. It is a lovely area of the country and there is plenty to do for children within 45 mins drive, we particularly enjoyed Crocy trail , Talacre beach and Blue Planet aquarium. We had a pleasant walk across the fields to Rossett. There are also some good walks for adults in the area too. The cottage also has the bonus of being on a farm so a treat to wake up and hear cows in adjacent fields and see the rescue pigs. We had a super time and highly recommend Coxwood farm holiday cottages. Thank you Jimmi

We had a lovely time at Coxwood Farm. We felt at home. It is a very spacious cottage. The play barn is an added bonus that helps get kids off of screens. It was an excellent location for exploring the area, whilst also being a great cottage to come back to afterwards. It's only about an hour from Manchester and Liverpool and very close to Wrexham and Chester. The cottage was well equipped. And the hosts were very helpful when our car wouldn't start and Jimmi gave us a boost. Don't be put off by the lack of reviews. They have been doing holiday lets for years, just only recently with Air BnB.
