This is a well located, compact house and a good option when visiting Tunbridge Wells. Taylor was super responsive, friendly and helpful in all communication. We had a bit of a mix-up with the lockbox code and she fixed it straight away so we could get into the house quickly and easily. In some areas, the property could benefit from a bit of a spruce up, and maybe a slightly more through clean before check in, but overall this is a good place to stay in the area.

The house was really clean and modern, on a quiet side street, we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked in terms of utensils. The location was as central as you can get, minutes away from Victoria Place Mall, with a M&S and Tesco less than 5 minutes away. Taylor was extremely responsive and proactive with their communication, all the instructions were clear and straightforward. We arrived earlier in Tunbridge Wells and Taylor was flexible around checking in a bit earlier. Highly recommend the place. Would stay there again if I were to visit TW

Taylor is the best host I've experienced in terms of responsiveness. We had a couple of questions and a problem with the heating that Taylor was able to quickly resolve. The stay was excellent and had everything described. We found the space clean and everything was easily walkable due to the central nature of the place.

Taylor's home was a cozy home nestled in a quiet neighborhood There is a large mall just a couple blocks away and the main road had many shops and restaurants to choose from. The home was well decorated to give it the "home" feel. Taylor was an excellent host. Any questions that I had were answered immediately. I would definitely stay here the next time that I plan to travel to the area.

Nice little place very central but needs some TLC The beds were v comfy and Netflix handy. Parking information helpful but would not take care again.
