This house is perfect for large groups. It is modern, clean and literally built for short term rentals by large groups. There was plenty of space for everyone in the bedrooms and the common areas were perfect for meals or playing games together. The location is awesome, quick Uber to the French Quarter and there is a brewery literally across the street. The pool in the backyard was a major plus. Worth the money if you have a large group.

This was a great house in a good part of town. Nick was responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this house for someone with a larger group.

When we arrived the cleaning crew had not been there. We checked in at 530pm. all the towels were dirty, the kitchen was dirty, floors were dirty, beds were unmade. I understand that things happen but it really felt like the hosts dropped the ball. They then asked if my family could go to dinner while they cleaned for 3 hours. We decided to go to a hotel for the night. The host did refund us for a night and didn't charge us for the cleaning fee, which was nice. However when we returned the next morning the floors had not been cleaned. They were dusty and still had long black hairs all over. There was also a lot of garbage in the driveway since the dumpster out front was overflowing. The pool cleaner also came unannounced while my daughter was out in the pool sunbathing. She was fine but it scared her. Overall the stay was fine but for the price the inconveniences were very disappointing. Also lots of construction going on out front and on both sides of the house

We had a great stay in New Orleans. We had a group of 9 girls and the house fit us all comfortably - plenty of beds, bathrooms and living space to accommodate a large group. We had great weather so we were able to enjoy the pool and spend time outside, which was a great bonus. The house is in a newly developed residential area, which felt very safe. The house looked exactly like what is pictured in the listing, so you know what you’re getting (I.e., nice finishes, fun colors and artwork, open kitchen and living layout). The location was also walkable to restaurants/bars/shops in the lower garden district. It was also walking distance to warehouse district restaurants and bars. But otherwise everything was very accessible via a quick Uber/lyft ride if necessary. Nick was very responsive and provided great recommendations and resources for a perfect stay in New Orleans. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
