The house is a nice new build, we had issues getting in when we arrived but a representative from Airbnb was able to assist us and reset the locks within 15 mins. We were a little surprised at the location for that price. The house was nice, however the lack of cleanliness was really the issue for us- especially for that price. It was extremely off-putting to continuously find huge clumps of human hair all over the upstairs, especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms. There were also cigarette butts on the back deck and back yard. The house was nice, and we still had a great stay, we just expected a little more for that price.

We had a group of 8 girls for a girls trip to New Orleans. For many of us, it was our first time visiting NOLA. We searched and searched for the best rentals and areas, and finally took a chance on this listing. We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the neighborhood was. It felt very safe for a group of girls and we were able to park our rental on the street. We walked down the street to the coffee shop every morning. Ferry is within walking distance to get to the FQ easily. The house was BEAUTIFUL and so luxurious , we felt like queens. Although, some of the furniture was a bit impractical but it’s adequate for a weekend stay. It was hard to fit 8 guests in the living room but we made it work (some had to sit on the floor for movie nights) We enjoyed the backyard, and the neighborhood is quiet. The balconies are great to enjoy breakfast on. We would definitely stay here again !

The house was beautiful; the pictures do not do it any justice. The location is very close to everything. Also, the host was very responsive and always checking in making sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend booking this home. I will be sure to stay here during all of my visits to New Orleans.
