We were a little hesitant about the location as it is extremely central (worried about the noise) but once you are inside you are removed from the noise and for added privacy at night we were able to close the trisim (electric shade) and block out any remaining noise. The apartment is as listed and very clean. Really amazing location especially if you are looking to be in the center of town. It is walkable to everything including the lightrail.
