Couldn’t fault the stay here. Had the basics plus more from a little spice rack, cocktail glasses, nice smelling candle, all the kitchen equipment you need even a blender! All rooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean, was very spacious! The view is amazing in every room overlooking the river! The sliding door is a little hard to open but besides that we really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again!

Excellent location. Parking was horrendous. We were given basement parking but our rental wouldn't fit as limit was 1.7meter. Told to park on st, where there were no parks and max 2 hour parking. Key collection was in incredibly inconvenient as on Cavill Ave right at peak time with no parking. No tea towels and only a few flannels. Not enough blankets, we were freezing, Wifi was awful. Only worked next to the router. Tv was not set up and there were no instructions. Plants dead, shower handles fell off, broken chair and it wasn't as advertised. Couldn't use heating or fan. Fan broken and sign said couldn't use air con due to painting, ranch slider door didn't open easily. It was like the place had been rundown and had a quick makeover For the amount we paid, we were expecting better quality than this. We could have got 5 star hotel for that. We've travelled to surfers lots, and this was appalling. Do not recommend.

This apartment is a gem for families! Everything was thought of and laid out meticulously from rice cookers, glad wrap, baking paper, laundry baskets even down to scented candles. We had a full function kitchen (even had a spice rack) and felt right at home. The host really did think about every detail nothing to fault! Great for families. Refurbished apartment with generous sized bedrooms. Very clean interior. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably. Would definitely book again.
