This was our second time staying at Bryan’s place. Once again we were not disappointed. The location is great, a short drive to the beach and close to downtown. Bryan was super responsive to any questions we had. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

My husband and I (and our dog) stayed at Bryan's place for a month while we looked for a new rental home in Charleston. It was the perfect place to work from home from as well as being a 10 minute drive to Folly (which as surfers, was the best part for us). The place is well decorated, cozy, and we felt right at home. The large fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog too. The couches and bed were very comfortable and we were sad to leave. I cannot recommend Bryan's place enough! It is the perfect place to stay on James Island.

This was my second stay at Bryan’s place. The place is great! Easy check-in and out. This place has everything you need and is close to the beach and downtown Charleston. The backyard was perfect for a hangout spot and for my dogs. If you get a chance to book this place jump on it!
