This is a beautiful, spacious home hosted by a sweet couple that owns it. The views from the roof are beautiful! We also found it to be quite clean and very well kept. The outside garden area was a definite highlight. Our kids loved seeing the avocado tree and beautiful flowers outside! While we overall enjoyed our stay, we would have appreciated a little more clarity in a couple of areas. While we had been told before booking that the owners would be staying in a storage room in the house, we didn’t understand beforehand that we would be sharing the kitchen with them as well as one of the bathrooms. They are very kind and accommodating people, but because of this dynamic, we didn’t have as much privacy as expected. This was not a major issue for us, but I think it would be helpful for future guests to understand.

very nice house with good facilities. everywhere clean and tidy. hosts are very friendly and can solve most of the problems. it's easy to walk to bhudda stupa within 10 minutes. the only uncomfortable point is the noise nearby. hardly 5:30 music and rings start . we can hear the flight sounds clear even during night time.

It is an amazing villa with a beautiful view of Buddha Stupa and has a lot of space. We were a big group who had a lovely time in Kathmandu. The host was always available and was ready to help us with anything. Thank you for providing us with a great time in Kathmandu!
