Rathna and Shoba's place was a delight to stay at. The hosts were responsive to all sorts of queries and the place exactly looked like photos. The neighborhood is very peaceful although the building was a bit difficult to locate. The only con being the location of the building. One has to navigate the narrow lanes and bylanes of the market of Choolaimedu road and Nugambakkam railway station to reach the apartment. Getting cab services from uber and ola turned out to be a task sometimes. would love to visit again!

A comfortable, clean, spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom apartment in a new building. The internet was very fast and reliable, the air-conditioning was strong (very welcome given the hot weather in Chennai), there was a reverse osmosis water purifying system in the kitchen (no need to buy drinking water) and also a washing machine to do laundry. The apartment is in a residential area near the Nungambakkam railway station, which is one option to get around Chennai. A big plus about the location is that the nearby area / main road (Choolaimedu High Road) has numerous restaurants / food options, a couple of small supermarkets, and a few gyms to work off the calories from all the yummy food (I recommend SBD Fitness -- the staff were friendly, and only 100 rupees per entry, which is perfect for a short-term visitor). Shoba (the co-host) was easy to contact via WA and Mr Sivaraman (the owner of the building) was approachable and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay at!

We are humbled to stay at apartment,with very friendly and understanding host.House surrounding is very peaceful and beautiful ,full of greenery.Uncle has took care of all our needs and we felt warmth with all people around. Our family is delighted and satisfied with the stay.
