This is a Architect designed fully furnished 3 BHK flat on the ground floor of a Bungalow . Separate entrance. -SCOOTER for Rent -Family and couple friendly home -Accomodates Upto 10 guests -1500 sft -Thematic interior design -Fully equipped kitchen -Great for long stays -Free Netflix -Free and fast Wifi -Bustling neighbourhood with supermarket, atm, cafes and more just 100m down the road -Hosted by experienced Superhosts Open Parking subject to availability . It's the 3bhk ground floor property of a 3 storeyed villa . The upper floors are also my AirBnBs with a 2bhk on the 1st floor and a 1 BHK penthouse on the terrace. All have separate entrance and are independent units . This 3bhk is the most spacious one with 3 bedrooms and living room, all with ACs. There are 2 toilets . One toilet is shared between 2 large bedrooms and another toilet is attached to the small bedroom. Extra beds will be provided if you book for more than 6 people at additional cost. There is a separate utility area for the kitchen for laundry and drying clothes.

Great time staying here! Thanks for maintaining the house in a clean state! As a (extended) family of 8, with 3 young kids, we felt the location and house was ideal. Thanks to the caretaker Ravi too!

Me and my frnds stayed in chennai for one day(classic grey 3bhk home) and it was perfect place to arrive after a long journey.we arrived morning and we were so grateful that our home stay are available and it was very hygienic. Especially Sujatha help us very well .and the host was very polite behavior and also they provide a rent a bike for 2 days and that's help a lot. All over the stay was literally amazing and wonderful

Located in a quiet residential street but in a busy neighbourhood surrounded by market area which is just at the end of the road which is a 100 metres away.
This place is called Mogappair East.
Coffee shops, ATM, Pharmacy, supermarket, temple etc are just at the end of the road. Anna Nagar is just 3 kms from this place.
Online food delivery and cab services are easy find here.

Airport: 20kms
Railway station: 15kms
Nearest Pub: 1 km (Called “middle of nowhere”)
Easy to walk around to the market which is 100 metres away
-Walk down to the end of the street and you’ll find auto-rickshaws easily
- Ola, Uber, Rapido can be used to hire a private cab/bike ride
-You can park inside the covered parking of this villa or right opposite to the villa (we have CCTV cameras outside for security )
