Spent a few days in Chennai here with my parents. The apartment was very nice and spacious and very clean. It was easy to locate and our stay was very comfortable. Even though we arrived late, the person at the door helped us check in seamlessly. The apt is also very centrally located and was very easy to get around to various places in the city. Overall a great place to stay for a few days in Chennai.

I recently stayed at Ayyappan’s place and it was truly a fantastic experience. I was initially worried about the cleanliness and the location, but all my concerns vanished as soon as I stepped in. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the luxurious setups added a touch of elegance to the stay. Having a lift for the first floor was incredibly convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfectly suited, with easy access to all other transport links. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure to stay at Ayyappan’s place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful accommodation experience.

The location is great for shopping jewelry or clothing and restaurants , but not convenient for getting basic supplies such as milk or fruits or any essentials .Too noisy outside as it is located in a crowded intersection of streets.But the house was comfortable inside.The host needs to provide a better cleaning service especially cleaning bathrooms on a daily basis and should keep few essential toiletries.

The place is as listed and had all amenities large hall with 2 bedrooms , kitchen and balcony..defintely recommend the place as it is central near to main anna salai and peaceful place
