Sumita is the consummate host, she thinks of everything you could possibly need during your stay. This is a charming apartment on a quiet street in a building with elevator access. All rooms are very spacious and furnished quite comfortably. The air conditioning keeps the unit very comfortable at all times. We had a great stay!

One of the nicest places we've stayed anywhere. It's a lovely apartment, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything you might need. Sumita is a great host and has thought of every detail. She left a little stock of essential food items so we didn't have to shop as soon as we arrived. Just a very thoughtful and helpful person. The mattress and bedding was first class. Everything was spotless. I could go on but really, just perfect!

Glad to have found this gem of a listing! All previous reviews about it's central location, upscale neighborhood, numerous cafe's, restaurants, shopping places within walking distance, and Sumita's hospitality, are right on. No second thoughts about staying here again!

A perfect place to spend time arriving in Chennai in a prime area. Very kind and thoughtful host. It felt like arriving with family. Comfortable and spacious with a lovely veranda to see the sunrise and listen to the birds. Everything you might need to make your stay more comfortable from books and articles on the area to an ironing board and coffee/ teas. Stores/ restaurants in walking distance.
