we stayed here for around 20 days in May. 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Pros: 1. Located in prime area of Alwarpet 2. Nice, newish looking well-furnished apartment. 3. On call attendant for service related issues 4. Air conditioners 5. Water supply Cons Disclaimer: None of these may seem like deal breakers, but i expected better given the premium rental paid . 1. 3rd bed is in the hall/dining area (not a 3rd bedroom). 2. Noticed that none of the bedsheets were clean - stains, hair etc. Cleaning person came and washed and replaced the sheets, but didnt get new sheets. 3.Bathrooms get clogged, but the on-call attendants do come and fix the issue. Similar experience with Kitchen Sink. 4. No power backup. There were power outages at least 4 days, with one major outage lasting several hours. Besides the heat, the big problem was lack of internet connectivity. 5. Cleanliness is a hit or miss. Noticed cockroach in kitchen and poop in the balcony. Recommend for short stay, not for long stay.

Horrible place to stay, false comments and photos. The apartment was full of dust and suspicious stains on the walls and floors that was slippery as well . Kitchen full of cockroaches and dusty amenities, no water to drink, aeration system not working cause of dirt and grease . Stains on the walls and smelly dressings, AC not working well, no wifi. Really unclean bathroom with rusty pieces. The host seems to be cool even if he is welcoming foreigners, we didn't had a good experience and we hope that the host will improve this place full of potential but unfortunately disgusting. Really bad experience, we don't recommend mostly for people with fragile health.

Nice place to stay. Everything was good. Closer to all the places , eateries and sabhas in Mylapore. It was seemless check in and check out.
