This is one of the multiple units of a single property. It has its own entrance, living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is no common area expect one common wall which has installation. It was remodeled recently with new kitchen, new bathroom, new laminate floor, interior exterior paint and newly paved drive way. There is one queen bed and one Relax-A-Lounger in the living room (Length 79.4"). One assigned parking space on site, a balcony with table and chais to relax.

Sunny's house is a little small, but it was just the right size for us and comfortable.The rooms are also very clean.She was quick to respond to any problems we had.If we ever go back to the Los Angeles area, we would like to stay at Sunny's house again.

Sonny was very responsive and helpful when we had issues with the door at check-in and with wifi. Unfortunately, there was a clear cigarette smoke lingering inside that was unpleasant. Otherwise, the unit was clean.
