This Airbnb was filthy. Upon arriving, no manual was anywhere in sight. I needed to email the hostess (Elaine) numerous times for information - WiFi password, address, access info., and with regard to the living conditions. There was urine and toilet paper in one of toilets. There were pubic hairs in the bathtub and shower, indicating the place has not been cleaned prior to our arrival, though Elaine told me she personally cleaned. Cobwebs were hanging from the bathroom ceiling, even in the shower. I cleaned the floors, carpet, shower, toilet, sinks, and appliances, when I should have been on vacation, and paid a cleaning fee for the privilege of doing so. Elaine always responded promptly and kindly, but pictures listed were not accurate. There was a mess hall connected to the kitchen area, which was not displayed in photos. Both bathrooms (a full and half bath) are located on the 1st floor. The downstairs was so cold we had to wear coats, yet upstairs suffocatingly hot.

Such a beautiful home, and a great place for a little getaway! Our hosts were such lovely people and even welcomed us into their home. Thank you again for the peaceful stay:)
