Great place to stay!

Matthew was absolutely amazing ! We were a small group visiting Kutztown University. Prior to the visit he made sure to check in with us and answer any questions . The cottage was perfect ! It was clean and had everything we needed. We even received fresh eggs, chocolate and wine ! Any time we are in this area we will be staying here !

The place was beautiful. Bigger than the photos and the hot tub and pool table were amazing. Super clean and well stocked kitchen. Even though the cottage is right next to the main house, we still felt like we had privacy. Chickens were everywhere. My only complaint is the tub. It worked out fine for us for the 2 nights we were there, but I don’t know how I would make it work for a longer stay. A shower would make it 5/5.

This property was beyond amazing! Everything the listing showed and more, the place was immaculately clean and so comfortable. Matthew was super friendly, offering fresh eggs in the morning, super cool! the pool table was in great condition, as was the hot tub(our 2 favorite features) highly recommended!!

Very nice space, the pool, hot tub, and pool table were all great amenities that we enjoyed during our stay. Check in was very easy. The fresh eggs and chocolate were a great touch, and were greatly appreciated. Overall great stay.
