Location is perfect as well as owner is very responsive Could be more clean and one sink is out of order ( leaking ) If fixed place is good

The location is the best. Place is spacious and clean. Will definitely stay there again. There is supervised overnight parking within a block . Also bike for rental within a block. Had a lot of fun exploring the city on the bike and on foot.

I lived in Eric's apartment for two months this summer with a roommate. The bedrooms are a large size, very comfortable for two people. The two bathrooms were very convenient. The kitchen was functional (except for a broken dishwasher that we were not made aware of). However, there were several things that we did not expect. There is NOT a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, instead, there are three pay-per-load machines shared by the building (two of which were consistently broken). The apartment was also NOT clean - within the first hour of walking around, my white socks were brown on the soles. The main issue for us was the internet was very unreliable and often did not work at all. Also, we had several instances of a mouse eating our food, despite being securely packaged. There was also NO parking anywhere near this location, and the promised discount on the nearby parking lot was not honored. Despite these issues, the building was very safe and in a very convenient location. Eric was incredibly responsive and did his best to resolve any issues we experienced. The location was fantastic. For a short-term stay, I would definitely reccommend both Eric and this apartment.

Very secure, quiet, comfortable apartment in a location that offers prime convenience. Very secureThere were a few issues: the WiFi didn't work all weekend, and the sheets didn't seem fresh. Nevertheless, the host was responsive.
