This is our 2nd stay at Kristen's place. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT THERE! The home is even better than in the pictures. It is absolutely beautiful and peaceful/relaxing. Kristen is extremely proactive with communication and there is a great welcome book with clear instructions and recommendations. It is a 10 min drive to Saratoga Springs area. The home is spotless, with plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to stay in and cook/bake. Very quiet property. The game room was a huge hit with the whole family. Looking forward to our next visit with Kristen.

Quite simply, our stay at the lovely Pine hollow was wonderful! Kristen’s attention to detail is reflected throughout the home from the impeccable cleanliness to the all inclusive amenities that were at our disposal. The decor is beautifully done, exuding a welcoming warmth. We didn’t even begin to take advantage of the surrounding attractions in two days. This location is central to so many throughout the year! Pine Hollow is now our go to place and we will be booking again soon for a longer stay to do so!

This property is truly beautiful and immaculate. We were so impressed by all of the attention to detail from the booking to arrival, decor, lighting, layout, the informational binder, and the property as whole. The hosts are so helpful and pleasant, and have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. The outdoor landscaping makes you feel like you are staying in a woodland paradise, and the great room with the fireplace has Adirondack chalet of your dreams vibes - all conveniently located next to all the Saratoga area offers in all four seasons. My family and I had a blast in the game room, enjoyed meals in the perfectly appointed kitchen, and slept so soundly ensconced in the high quality and supremely comfortable bedding. We will cherish the memories we made here, and cannot wait to go back. This place is truly magical - thank you, Kristen!

Kristen's place was a perfect place for my family to stay for a weekend. It was truly the most beautiful/organized/clean Airbnb I've ever seen. There were so many items to note, so I will try my best to do this wonderful home justice. 1. The location of house is in Ballston Spa, which is a quick 10 min ride to downtown Saratoga. It was a perfect location -- so close to everything but incredibly quiet and serene. We also briefly visited Ballston Spa's downtown and it was charming too. Will be back for track season. 2. The house was pristine/beautifully organized. Everything is labeled for ease of use. A laminated guest binder included information about the home. Kristen had toiletries spares for travelers who might have forgotten items. 3. The pictures do not do the home justice. The decor is lovely and seasonal. Beds were comfortable. The game room is a kid/adult dream with foosball, table tennis and multiple arcade games. The kitchens and bathrooms felt luxurious. We will return!

Kristen’s place was absolutely amazing. We have stayed at many AirBnb and this probably the best one. The home is immaculate. The instructions and communication were clear and effortless. The home is actually so much better than the pictures. The home is incredibly peaceful. The thoughtful touches throughout the home were above and beyond. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.
