This was a comfortable place for my family to stay. It's an older home, but well-kept. If you care more about comfort than about having the latest home furnishings, it's a great space for a reasonable price. We were very happy with it and would rent it again if returning to Kerrville.

I needed a place to stay for my daughter's wedding and at the last minute asked if the day before was available to rent as well. Kevin immediately responded. Do to unfortunate events, the place was only used, other than myself, for one night. I on the other hand, took the time to explore Kerrville. Kevin had a beautiful setup of snacks to welcome you in his home, hand-written instructions to clear some things out for guest, and a list of great places to visit. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The neighbors were also out and about playing basketball or walking their pets. I had a lovely time. Thank you Kevin.

Wonderful MCM home set in an established neighborhood. Fenced backyard. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Nice towels. We had full use of the washer/dryer. Our only complaint would be the mattresses were very firm and probably very outdated. Will travel with a mattress topper in the future.

Great Place. 3 TVs-1st living rm w Roku/streaming. Bring your fire stick/Roku for others TVs. TV in 2nd living room has DVDs and a player! I was so happy as I had bought a DVD from the library, thinking my sister had a portable DVD player but she didn't. Large backyard where we watched the eclipse. Co-Host (Sharon) was very kind and provided 3 eclipse t-shirts and a framed eclipse poster for free, even after I offered to pay. NICE! Great Snack Basket! Plenty of seasonings, food items, cookware, paper towels, tissues/Kleenex, toilet paper, towels, linens, pillows, shampoo, soap, conditioner, multiple USB wall chargers. We liked the look of the retro kitchen, it just works. We really appreciate all the little touches and extra items (q-tips, hand lotion, soaps, batteries, etc). I loved having a ceiling fan and trash can in my bedroom. Bring an eye mask if you require darkness. Great bathroom lighting. We liked the mattresses, got good sleep (firm). Lots of stuff nearby by car-food/store.

Kevin's place worked great for our home base during the 2024 Easter Bike Tour. The four of us stayed in this simple house equiped with all that we needed to make morning coffee and breakfast. We had room to stage our grear and enjoyed Kerrville and the area very much.
