James is a very friendly host, the room was nice and clean, and the house itself is conveniently located to walk into town, or drive out to the lakes.

Vert clean and warm which made the difference..ensuite toilet /shower great and use of kitchen and fridge useful for storing food...James very helpful...and private parking great too..and quiet area good as well

James room and ensuite toilet/shower suited me...Was very clean and bed comfortable t.v worked great and tea/coffee making facilities useful as wqs use of kitchen fridge for food etc..private parking good too..in quiet are..James friendly and helpful during course of stay and room and house lovely and warm all throughout stay .Will definitely be back and booked already
