Nice cozy Home. Eddie was a great host! He helped us to and allowed us to extend our stay several times. The only minor complaint is that we were expected to clean up, and that would be reasonable, however there were 3 dysfunctional vacuums and a lack of any real cleaning supplies. We did not want to buy cleaning supplies obviously, and did our best with paper towels and limited cleaner sprays. We now have a home, but I would feel very comfortable referring anyone to Eddie for an airbnb rental. Overall, great home!!!

Eddie was a friendly and accommodating host. We felt right at home from the moment we hit the property. The home was spacious and so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to the Sebastian area for more fishing and exploring, and will definitely want to stay in a property that he hosts. The Host, DOES make the difference. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and what stood out to me was the warmth and care the owners put into making me feel like I was home. There was extra shampoo, toothbrushes, band aids etc. All the little things you may need or have forgotten. I booked last minute as my father was in the ICU in Vero Beach. Eddie was kind, understanding and a good overall human being in a difficult personal emergency. So grateful there are understanding souls still left in the world. I left the place messy and still they refused to charge me extra on my insistence. Bless your heart.
