the location in playa grande was ,laid back people in the community were helpful the troop of howler monkeys were a treat every morning got plenty of pictures of them, the breezes at nite and view were very comforting, the master bedroom comfortable and access to pool area great. Stores close by to get supplies only a few minutes away. would recommend the accommodations especially for first time visitors, would do it again.

We had a wonderful stay. The facilities and accommodation and pool were fantastic and made our stay super relaxing. The monkeys came to visit every morning and we spotted an iguana too.

We just returned from our stay at Helen's Villa Nusantara. The location is very central and close to restaurants and markets with car. < 25 mins to other big towns like Tamarindo. Best beach less than 5 mins aways! We rented a car directly from Helen. The car was clean and a 4X4. We avoided all the hassle that you normally have by going with a rental company. The car waited for us at the airport, drop off was just as easy...so no time wasted! The home sits on a steep hill which allowed us to enjoy the view, from the living room, master bedroom or the very spacious deck. It is modern and had everything we need. We cooked breakfast and enjoyed the pool every day. Seeing the howler monkeys during our afternoon swim was a highlight. Helen is a great communicator, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Review Villa Nusantara is a great modern, spacious, comfortable house, it has a wonderful deck and pool with an ocean view. The house is located on a very safe neighborhood. The closest beach is Playa Grande, which is part of the National Park Marino Las Baulas, where the leatherback turtles nest. If you want to explore a little more of the closest bigger towns, for many options in restaurants, grocery stores and shops, you can drive to Tamarindo or the Flamingo Marina. However there’s several convenient stores and restaurants close by as well. Now, if you don’t want to drive around much, you’ll have all the entertainment in this house, even a family of gracious howler monkeys will come to visit, right there in the yard trees! The comunication with Helen was excellent, she’s prompt to help you with anything you need. We enjoy our stay very much and hope to return. Thank you very much Helen!

This house was perfect for our long week stay, less than 5 minutes from the amazing playa grande, located in the private gated community Ventanas, make our stay so relax, private and safe. The house is big, well equipped and maintained with a great private pool and relaxing deck to enjoy group meals, bbq and more! We had an amazing week all thanks to Helen, she was so helpful and friendly, thank you again!! Don’t look further, book this place asap!!
