Edoardo and Sofia have been extremely good with the whole process, from booking to checking-in and -out, assisting with anything we needed, always very responsive and full of attentions. Location is great, very private and at a walkable distance to the city downtown. I would definitively recommend this house to anyone who needs a mid to long term stay, it’s a very beautiful and well maintained Mantua-style house. Looking forward to go back soon!!!

When we checked in, only one bed was done despite there being two guests. We had to wait for them to go get more sheets (not on location) and bring them. All the surfaces and floors were very dusty,clearly the house had not been cleaned recently. Not sure if already in the house or brought in with the sheets for the second bed, but I had bed bug bites every night (and found one bed bug feeding on me one night). Host later suggested that the bed bugs came from me, although I had no bites before or after staying in this house, and found a long-dead bug in the room. They said they would come treat the room and bring products. I came back to find a bottle of Off! by my bed..very disappointing. Otherwise the house is nice if a bit out of the way. The kitchen space was very large but with many essentials missing to actually be able to use it to cook meals.

L’appartamento di Edoardo si sviluppa su tre piani e consente di avere spazi conviviali e allo stesso tempo privacy. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente l’appartamento. A disposizione c’è una macchina da caffè espresso, delle cialde e soprattutto dell’acqua, che difficilmente altri host mettono a disposizione. La posizione non è centralissima e dista dal centro circa 15 minuti a piedi, in compenso permette di parcheggiare facilmente e gratuitamente nelle vicinanze. L’accoglienza è stata super veloce e super gentile e simpatica.

Casa appena rifatta e molto pulita. Posizione comoda dalla stazione di Mantova e per vedere il centro della città. La casa è su 4 piani e molto grande. Ho detto a Edoardo il mio orario di arrivo e ci siamo visti davanti a casa per fare il check in. Tutto bene. Mia moglie che più di me nota gli interni curati ci tiene a sottolineare che la cucina e la camera matrimoniale sono particolarmente eleganti con arredamento in legno su misura. Torneremo!
