Very spacious and a nice modern home. Some things were broken when we arrived, including the toilet seat in the main bathroom, pool cleaning net and stair lining - all not a big deal. Some of the kitchenware including cups, bowls, pots/pans and cutlery were a bit dirty. The yellow recycling bin was overloaded when we arrived and not due to be picked up until after we left, so we had to drop recycling off at a depot. Overall we were quite happy with the place and had a nice stay.

Clean and tidy with plenty of space. Lots of t.vs and two lounges. The pool is amazing for those hot summer days, and the neighbours cat Brandy likes to pop by and say hello. It is very cool if you like cats, if you don't she doesn't bother you. The beds are fairly comfy and had adequate bedding. The kitchen has the basics. You will need to get some toilet paper. We learnt the hard way. 😅 Overall, I would recommend this property. It's an affordable modern large group/family home, close to all the theme parks, great shopping and surfers paradise, it also has a separate cottage on the property, which is also for hire, but this does not interfere with main house if you don't.

Paid over $2000 only to have a different guest of Q stay try to gain entry on night 3. We tried to get hosts attention about this but they were not immediately available and we had to call the police! The next day, one of their staff called me and proceeded to accuse us of throwing a bottle next door. We did nothing of the sort. They then refused to refund us the night that it happened. Having 2 to 3 people come into the property and knock on the door is unacceptable. This Danny guy isn't even the actual host. It's a company called Q Stay. That in itself is misrepresentation! We were initially told to go to their office in central surfers to check in but when we did they said just go to the property. Very disorganised indeed. Im very upset. They don't respond to emails or texts. Complaint made to Airbnb.
