Paul was a great host. He was quick to respond and very informative about the surrounding area. There were lots of cute extras left for us when we checked in. The boys loved the snack bar! Very chill downstairs. The booking was just what we were looking for. We will return when in the area again.

It is a perfect place to stay if you visit the Niagara Falls region. It is near the highway entrance, 12 mins to Niagara Falls State Park, 6 mins to the Niagara Falls Fashion Mall, Walmart and Sam's Club. 21 minutes to the Old Fort Niagara. The house is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything we need for the trip. Things to highlight like central air condition, thus, the house can be cooled down quickly without noise. Washer and dryer, imagine you enjoy the fall and get really wet, you can quick get home and get your cloth dried. Also the bunkbed is a plus, my elder kid enjoy the upper bed. It was a peace of mind for me to put my younger kid on the lower bed as it is close to the ground. Last but not least, Paul is very friendly and proactive. Before we visit we asked for a highchair. He quickly accommodated our needs. He also put up a welcome note which made us feel like at home. I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome experience. House was exceptionally clean, very cozy and comfortable, and was in a great location. Host was great and communication was amazing. Would definitely book again.
