Our home is the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Located just 6 minutes away from Niagara Falls State Park, our cozy Airbnb is the ultimate retreat after a long day of sightseeing and adventure. The home is fully furnished, licensed and comes equipped with all the comforts with plenty of space for up to eight guests. Enjoy a 20 x 20 recreation field that is adjacent to the home. Remain active with family and friends while making memories in Niagara Falls, NY!! Play your favorite sports: football, soccer, volleyball, cricket, badminton and baseball.

The place is pleasant and comfortable to spend the days you are in Niagara Falls, it is close and easy to get to
As per the other reviews the house is older and is quirky. That said the price reflects the accommodation and the location was amazing for our visit to the falls. Shaun was very responsive to any questions we had. The linen smelt lovely and beds were comfy.
Nice place close to the Falls with good amenities
Best place to stay, very close to Niagara falls. Enjoyed here with my family.

Other Things To Note:
- The surrounding areas near the Falls are in poor condition, it is not just this neighborhood, but the city in general. We have not had any safety issues within the area and the home is equipped with an outdoor security camera.
- This is not a luxurious rental , but is an older home that is clean and comfortable and was recently refurbished in 2023. It still has it's a quaint 1900s charm/imperfections with some new touches. Photos were shot by a professional photographer.
- This home includes a 2-car driveway
- There are Ride Share options (i.e. Uber)
- The Falls is a 20 min walk
- 2 min drive to the Amtrak Niagara Falls Station
