Everything was as advertised. Easy check in I'm a beautiful centrally located neighborhood. The basement unit was spacious and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool table and arcade games were put to good use. Bonus complimentary beverages and snacks was very welcome. Will definitely book again when in the area

If I could stay longer I would have. What a beautiful space, with an excellent location close to absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. Private entrance, parking, tons for the kids to do. It looks exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable, tons of space to move. Peter thought of absolutely everything you could need and offers so much to make you feel like you're at home. My kids were sad to leave and begged to return there in the future. It was exactly perfect in every way. 5/5 stars. Zero complaints. I would very highly recommend this to anyone and yes, I hope it is available for our next trip to Niagara Falls.

We only stayed for the night after taking a day trip to Niagara, but we would totally stay longer! The neighborhood was beautiful and the unit was large, cozy, and had extra ammenities. Love the hospitality.

Peter’s space was wonderful! Great kitchen, tons of space, and very clean. It looked just like the posted photos, and he even had complimentary snacks, pop, water, and Nespresso. There is also a percolator there to brew a pot of coffee is preferred. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that was only a 10 min drive to the Falls and other attractions. Lastly, any time I had a question about something, Peter was very responsive, always within an hour or less. I would definitely stay here again if I were coming to Niagara Falls either for a concert or to enjoy the area.
