Alex's place is in a brand new development area. About half of the houses are occupied and half still vacant. The builder has not finished the front and back yard so the surrounding is still muddy and messy. This does not stop us from enjoying the place. The house is beautiful, clean and very pleasant. We spent a good night there. As it is located not too far away from the Niagara Falls downtown, it is quite convenient to get around. We are glad to find this place and would recommend it to other travellers.
