Great cabin!! The host was responsive and kind. Cabin was extremely clean. I didn’t see one bug or web the entire time which is impressive for being in the middle of a forest. We loved the big A frame windows, and the couches were SO comfortable and there were lots of blankets around which made for the most cozy lounging time ever. The windows are older so the heat doesn’t stay in well but as long as you run the heater continuously/snuggle with the blankets you’ll be good in the colder months. The kitchen was stocked and we enjoyed cooking here. I will say, this cabin is really set up/geared towards families. We, on the other hand were 3 couples (30 something’s with no kids) and one bedroom is a bunk bed so not super ideal for our 6’4 friend but that was something we knew going into it. The top bunk and the swings outside are really only for kids as they have a strict weight limit. But other than that this place was perfect for a mountain getaway and we would totally stay again!

We had an unexpected weekend of lots of snow but luckily we felt warm and cozy inside Jena’s cabin. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and we really appreciated having the extra TVs and games for the kids, downstairs. The outside swings and snowball makers were also a big hit. We had a great time and would love to stay there again.

We had such a great stay at Jena's place! It's very kid-friendly and has a well-equipped kitchen. The house is magical and we felt right at home upon arriving. Jena made herself available when I had a few last-minute questions and was always very responsive to my messages and calls. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, especially people with young children!

This place was by far the best place we have stayed in Lake arrowhead. My son loved staying in this cabin and celebrating his bday. Everything was just perfect. Jena is also a great host, was always available when we needed something. Will definitely come back.
