perfect spot for getting between downtown and the beach. very quiet. everything was clean & neat and Cyndie was so sweet and helpful about everything.

Cyndi was a great host. Very friendly. We had several long chats about various topics, but when i was tired after a long day at work i received a friendly greeting and was left to rest. I was on a work contract, so I had frequent long days. Her kitchen was clean! and easy to work in with supplies well laid out. Bathroom was well organized and clean. Bedroom was again clean with very quiet ceiling fan. Bedrooms were well spaced apart and very seldom heard noise from any other guest. Added pluses, area was lovely, and I was able to take my dog on long walks in the evening and felt very safe even after dark. Her other guests were helpful, and everyone was polite and friendly. There are several dog friendly restaurants in the area which serve great lunches and dinners. Her place has easy access to local grocery stores, and other necessary services, such as pet stores, dry cleaners etc. I had a lovely stay here and would come again if I'm in the area in a heart beat.
