The patio is located through the door on the right side of the kitchen and is private and only for your unit. There is space for up to two vehicles on the right side of the driveway. Please note that the driveway is shared with the other unit located in this duplex (which is rented annually and currently not occupied at the time of this writing) and we reserve the left side of the driveway for tenants of the left unit in this duplex.
