condo was clean, neat, easy to find. we were very pleased with the condo. Charles was very easy to deal with, responded quickly and positively. great experience. will likely rent again next year for a little longer.

The place was just like advertised. Charles was pretty responsive; a couple times it took a little while to get a response. There weren't any instructions on cleaning up or taking out the trash. I hope we weren't supposed to wash the linens or anything. Nice place to stay and convenient to the things we did in Fort Myers.

This, our first AirBnB stay, was a delightful experience. Charles waited patiently for us to arrive when our plane was 2.5 hours late, and briefly showed us around. The unit was just like the photos, comfortable, quiet, and in beautiful surroundings. Gated community felt quite safe. This was a very comfortable place to come home to after a day of hiking and sightseeing.

Charles is a great guy. He takes pride in all that he does for his customer. We were so impressed with all the items he provided at his place.
