I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nikola's place and I have nothing but glowing things to say about my experience! The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable month long stay. The surrounding is magical with an absolutely beautiful view in any direction. But what really set this experience apart was the hospitality of the host. Nikola went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel more like family than a guest. Overall, I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality - I can't wait to come back and stay again!

I was so happy with my stay here! Nikola was such a personable, kindhearted, and accommodating host and I would book with her again in a heartbeat! I arrived at night during a rainstorm and she made sure I was able to find the place and arrive safely. I always had everything I needed and everything was as listed. Any issues or needs that came up during my extended stay were taken care of swiftly and graciously. I had full privacy and plenty of space and amenities to feel right at home. The area is beautiful and surrounded by nature - I was often lucky enough to see beautiful birds, deer, and farm animals during my drives. The location is slightly remote but easily accessible from the 101 and safe to drive through even with ice, snow, and rain. I highly recommend this listing if you are looking for a long-term, comfortable stay with a hospitable host and a lovely neighborhood. The adorable dogs upstairs are a bonus!

Nikola’s studio is fantastic. It is very comfortable and quiet and is in a beautiful natural setting. We had deer with their babies, squirrels,humming birds, lots of other birds and honey bees stopping by every day. Also, Nikola has three adorable, sweet little dogs . I love animals so I was in heaven. Nikola is a fantastic Host who made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. She was more than just a host…we feel like we made a new friend. We hated to leave when our month was over. My daughter and I are on an extended road trip and have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs during the past few months. Nikola’s is the best of the best. We highly recommend her studio to anyone needing a place to stay in the Ukiah area.

This beautiful, private and large space is a perfect place to base yourself in Mendocino County/Ukiah. It's convenient to Highway 101 which can get you to the wine country, the Pacific Coast, Santa Rosa, and all kinds of great places quickly It's quiet, with flowers, hummingbirds, and deer visiting. Nikola's hospitality and great care in making the space feel comfortable and welcoming was apparent throughout the stay.

This was one of my most pleasant stays I’ve ever experienced through air bnb. The room was amazing with how much space was provided and the privacy and respect Nikola displayed. Accommodations were fantastic and definitely an ideal place for those looking for a longer term stay in the Mendocino area. The house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood that’s just past a vineyard and provided me one of the more scenic drives i have experienced at the end of a day. All in all, I would highly recommend anyone that’s looking to stay in this room. Nikola the host is fantastic and communicates immediately if you ever had a question. 10/10 I would’ve stayed longer if I had the chance.
