Beautiful home with amazing views and equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay on the mountain. Philip was an amazing host and always tended to our every need in a timely manner. Would highly this home.

Philip was an excellent host and went the extra mile to ensure his house felt like home. Although I wouldn’t describe the property as truly ski-in-ski-out, this property is definitely on one of the better pieces of land in Olympic Valley. 10/10 would recommend!

This house was simply not in rental ready condition when we arrived. Phillip and his mother did their best to fix this after we arrived, even gave us a discount, but the deficiencies were to great to be overcome during our stay. But to be honest I would rather have had a house that was not cluttered, had functioning amenities (the AV system is a total mess) and had places for people to put their things (we all essentially lived out of our suitcases). It's unfortunate as it is a lovely home, in a lovely place... it just was not set up for a successful visit.

Philip was an awesome host - very responsive! When we had a small issue, he sent over his maintenance person right away to fix the issue. The house was beautiful and spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with many of the tools you need to cook with. The kitchen also had newest modern ovens, appliances, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Philip's place!

This is a beautiful, spacious home that has been recently totally remodeled. The views of Squaw are magnificent. We loved the open comfortable living room and kitchen. We were one of the first people to rent it and Phillip was extremely responsive to accommodate our requirements. We would rent it again…
