Really Nice place to stay. Was clean, peaceful and spacious. The best part was the balcony space. It had mosquito nets too to prevent mosquitoes. The host and the caretaker were responsive. There was daily cleaning service as well.
Highly recommended. Best homestay in Mumbai I have ever loved in. caretaker Abhishek was very helpful and professional. It's like my home away from home. Would love to change ne back again.
Great place to stay. The caretaker, Abhi, is very helpful and always responsive. If you are reading about the mosquitoes problem in other reviews, it's been taken care of. They have installed nets in the balcony to avoid the problem. I would still recommend carrying odomos or hit spray. The only issue was the description of the place says it's on the 9th floor but the 2bhk is actually on the 4th floor. The surrounding area is clean and happening.

First of all, as soon as we open the washroom door with close to 50+ mosquitoes welcomed us. It took about couple hours to settle while killing them and all out start working. Bathroom window slides are open to easy access for mosquitoes. Doctors office is opposite to apartments and all day visiting exercise so cannot feel safe. Third the price we paid is not a worth than a 30$ hotels but we paid 130$ per day.
