Parveen was very fast in responding very professional I guess it was managed like a hotel set up The caretaker was eveready to help when needed My stay with wife was marred by my loss of my 2nd backup smartphone which was in a zip roller carry on unlocked always Since I found out it was missing next morning caretaker came up to help me search for it thoroughly in My bags But I realised it was gone never to be found An expensive mistake never to let eyes of my precious belongs all the way even lifts & elevators In my case I was seoerated by my personal carry on I realised in india or any 3rd world countries hold on to your things with your life, never for a moment leave it with someone unlocked in an open zip pouch I spent most of my day thinking where it got stolen instead of my plan to totally relax in place free of mind I guess it’s a therapy for me now to express setback and get it out of my system and move on with life Good luck to whoever lifted my precious phone thanks

The booking process was very easy. Praveen is communicative and I was provided clear information at every stage. Very close to the airport. The approach lane from the main road is very narrow but once you get through that small stretch, the area is quite open. With a school next door, and an open area (like a park) close by, the mornings are very pleasant with the noise of school children being dropped off and people exercising or playing badminton. I am a morning person so the sound of drums while the school has PT exercises in the morning was something that did not bother me. The home was quite clean and spacious for the three of us. Our check in was quick and the caretaker, Sudama, very helpful. The home has utensils that you may need for cooking. The check out process was very quick since Sudama stays in the same building. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The mattress was too short for a 6 ft tall person, and part of the bed sheets were torn. The caretaker who also doubled as a cook was responsive and treated the kitchen area with cockroach killing chemicals. The cook made very good Indian veg dinner and cleaned the kitchen afterwards. It appeared to us that prior guest reviews were embellished which set our expectations. We hope they will take our comments constructively .

Very comfortable stay. The apartment is exactly as it is listed. Praveen and our caretaker, Sudam, were very good and responsive hosts. Note for future guests: Cab drivers do have trouble finding the building. We found it much easier to direct them to the high school next door.

It's a nice cozy two bedroom apartment. Really safe location next to a school.
