This lovely spacious flat is situated in the heart of Calangute. Located in a very popular gated complex with 24 hrs security, close to lovely eateries, supermarkets, bars & night clubs, and, the world famous Calangute and Baga Beaches being just a mere 10-15 min walk away. This air-conditioned apt is on the 3rd floor and it offers a huge living space. It comes with two balconies and a great big open terrace offering great privacy with wonderful views . Good for families and friends alike. This spacious one Bedroom apartment is situated in Calangute, North Goa. Spacious living room with french doors is tastefully furnished and well ventilated. The kitchen has a granite work-top and is fully equipped for cooking breakfast or even light meals. It has a induction top,, a frost-free refrigerator/freezer and toaster, water purifier. There is plenty of cabinet space, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

Rajendra was found to be quite a good host..he was polite, answered calls and queries promptly,clueful and gentle.. The property was good and had the facilities available as claimed on the site
Rooms are very nice and hall and kitchen very specious Thanks to rajendar.
Due to medical emergency our stay got cancelled when I checked with rajendra he refused to give money back..i requested several times but he was not even listening and not even change the date as well even it is available.Very bad experience
The flat is spacious, clean & well maintained. Rajendra was very friendly and transparent. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside that the society does not have lift and it’s cumbersome to walk up & down 3 floors. Rest, it was great experience
Great place to stay for long periods of time with your family and friends we booked this flat for 5 nights and we feels like it is our own home this place is very close to the beach and market but still peaceful and calm Mr. Rajendra ji very cool and friendly person 1 thing I don’t like that’s a sofa not comfortable please change it if possible Thank you very much for hosting us ……

The famous Calangute beach is 600 m from centre and a 15 minutes’ walk away from the property. The Main Calangute market & shopping area is just 100 meters from this place. Prominent Restaurants, Pubs, Supermarkets, Convenience stores, Nightclubs like the famous Titos and Mambos, and Beaches offering a wide variety of water sports are all within a short scooter ride.
Bikes and Car rentals and Taxis/Cabs are easily available from within and outside of the complex.
