This beautiful house is centrally located in a beautiful gated community near Siolim. There's lush greenery surrounding the entire neighbourhood and the house is truly Insta Worthy! Relax in the pool by the day and unwind with some chilled beers in the balcony in the evening! There's a Gym and Clubhouse too! The house is just 10-15 mins from popular restaurants like Thalassa, Soro, Gunpowder, Jamun etc. A 15-20 min drive from popular beaches like Vagator, Anjuna, Morjim, Ozran etc. Located in a gated community, this 2 bedroom house features well done up rooms and bathrooms with an artistic vibe. Surrounded by greenery, one can enjoy the views from the patio which streams natural sunlight into the living, dining areas and the bedrooms. The house consists of 2 full bedrooms with AC's. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house. 1 is an attached bathroom and one is a common bathroom. Both the bathrooms have a shower unit and geyser. There is an AC in the hall too. There is a shared community swimming pool which you can use and unwind in too! There are also 3 balconies in total. One attached to each bedroom and the living area to enjoy your beers as you watch the sun set and chill! Two-Wheeler & Four-Wheeler parking is available outside the gated premises. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery. There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. A generator is also available in case of power outages. Please Note : Due to fire hazard and safety concerns, there is no Gas Stove or utensils like cookers etc. required for heavy cooking.
