The house is just 10-15 mins from popular restaurants like Thalassa, Soro, Gunpowder, Jamun etc. A 15-20 min drive from popular beaches like Vagator, Anjuna, Morjim, Ozran etc. Located in a gated community, this 2 bedroom house features well done up rooms and bathrooms with a touch of Luxury. Surrounded by greenery, one can enjoy the views from the living area with 20-feet glass walls which streams natural sunlight into the living and dining area. The house consists of 2 full bedrooms with AC's and attached bathrooms. Both the bathrooms have a shower unit and geyser. There is a massive living room with 20 feet ceilings which opens up into the dining area. This is the best part about the house where the entire group can come together! There is a shared community swimming pool which you can use and unwind in too! Two-Wheeler & Four-Wheeler parking is available outside the gated premises. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery. There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like a gas stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, pans and a cooker. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. A UPS is also available in case of power outages. Please Note : In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only once in 3 days.
