A 10-15 min drive to the beaches of Vagator, Anjuna and a 20 min drive to Baga & Calangute beaches. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood in Siolim, this massive 4 bedroom Duplex Villa features beautifully done up rooms and bathrooms with an artistic vibe. Surrounded by greenery, one can enjoy the sunset and views from the spacious balconies which stream natural sunlight to light up the bedrooms and living areas. The house consists of 3 Airconditioned bedrooms. All bedrooms have King Size beds. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house. 1 is an attached bathroom and one is a common bathroom. Both the bathrooms have a shower unit and geyser. The Villa consists of 4 Air-conditioned bedrooms. All bedrooms have King Size beds and attached balconies. There are 4 full bathrooms in the villa. 3 are attached to the bedrooms and 1 is a common bathroom. There is also a full size bath tub in one of the bathrooms. The beautiful balconies overlook the pool where you can enjoy your beers as you watch the sun set! There are 2 spacious living room areas in the villa, one of which opens up into the dining area. The dining area overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. This is the best part about the house where the entire group can come together! My caretaker is also available on call to help with anything you might need. Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler parking is available within the premises. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery. There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. Guests at our property can enjoy the convenience of on-site dining with breakfast and lunch services. These meals are chargeable, and menus will be provided at the property for your selection. A UPS is also available in case of power outages although the power is rarely out for more than an hour. Please Note : Due to fire hazard and safety concerns, there is no Gas Stove or utensils like cookers etc. required for heavy cooking.
